AMBITIOUS OBJECTIVES

RIINVEST INSTITUTE APPROVES THE STRATEGIC PLAN 2022-2027

The Board of Directors of the Riinvest Institute met on February 9th 2022, and approved the Strategic Development Plan of the Institute for the 2022-2027 period. On this occasion, the Board concluded that this document creates a clear vision for the development of the Institute in the coming period, based on its successful 27-year tradition. The focus will be the improvement of research profile, increase of staff capacity including fellows from the diaspora and beyond, internationalization of products and services, and cooperation with prestigious research institutions and organizations in the EU and the USA. The drafting process of this strategic document followed a participatory approach, relying on contributions from its research staff, management, external collaborators and partners of the Institute. This rather ambitious document creates the foundation for accomplishing the defined objectives, which will help Riinvest Institute respond to new challenges at the national and global levels. While working to achieve these objectives, Riinvest Institute aims to maintain its leadership position in research for sustainable economic development in Kosovo, including green and digital transformation.
