Researcher
Alma started working at Riinvest Institute in 2022. She currently holds the position of a researcher. She has completed her bachelor studies and is persuing master studies at the University of Pristina in the Applied Economics and Management program and at Hamk University in Finland. Before joining the Riinvest Institute, Alma worked in the office for research and sponsored projects at the University of Pristina and also engaged in several projects and trainings.
Alma specializes in collecting and analyzing data, as well as drafting reports on their findings. Her expertise also includes project management, where she ensures the effective implementation of initiatives. In addition to her professional work, she actively contributes to projects that aim to enhance public understanding of economics through educational programs on economic and financial literacy.
