Research Assistant
Alma started working at Riinvest Institute in 2022. She currently holds the position of Research Assistant. After completing her university studies at the University of Pristina in the Applied Economics and Management program and at Hamk University in Finland, she is now pursuing her master's studies in Economics. Before joining the Riinvest Institute, Alma worked in the office for research and sponsored projects at the University of Pristina and also engaged in several projects and trainings.
Among other things, she helps in various research projects, the organization of conferences, debates and workshops, helps researchers in the preparation and implementation of research instruments, prepares other articles including reports and presentations and participates in meetings, keeping in touch with other parties.
Alma believes that her research findings can have a positive impact on a variety of societal aspects, from solving social, cultural and health challenges to fostering scientific and technological advances that can have global implications.
