Senior Associate
Saxhide Mustafa holds the position of Senior Associate. Saxhide is part of Riinvest since 2003, when she started working as an administrative assistant. She graduated from the Faculty of Law - University of Prishtina (2004), then completed her MA studies at Riinvest College with the topic "Corporate Governance and Transparency in Public Companies at the Local Level - Case Study Termokos JSC" (2011). In 2019, she successfully completed her doctoral studies at the Public University of Tirana - Faculty of Economics, with the topic "Corporate Governance and Performance of companies in Kosovo". Since 2011 she is a lecturer at Riinvest College in the subjects of: Business Law, Business Ethics at BA level and Management at MA level. She has attended several trainings in the field of Corporate Governance, Risk Management, Accountability, Transparency (IFC / SDC), Women in Leadership - program attended in Kosovo and Washington, funded by USAID, Innovation Management - Faculty Ljubljana Economic, in the field of entrepreneurship and in the field of higher education within the TEMPUS, CONSUS and ERASMUS projects. She also has over 10 years of experience in research projects in the field of corporate governance, local economic development, women's economic empowerment, etc.
