Riinvest Institute has implemented the project called “KPEP Satisfaction Survey”, with the aim to measure the general level of the performance and the level of support that was provided by KPEP to its beneficiary. Furthermore, the survey had to evaluate the extent to which clients and other stakeholders are informed about the program, particularly its main objectives; their relative satisfaction with the delivery of the program by the KPEP team; and the relative benefits that they have gained from being a stakeholder in the program.
The report was written based on primary data. Both qualitative and quantitative data were collected by interviews. The quantitative data was necessary for comparing and measuring the tangible effects of the assistance or partnership, while the qualitative data served to evaluate and assess the relationship and the overall relative satisfaction of the beneficiary firms and partnering organizations towards KPEP. Finally, besides survey findings, specific conclusions and recommendations are specified in the report.
