The main objective of the project is to conduct a Survey on Citizen Satisfaction with Municipal Services in Kosovo. This will be achieved through the survey will be conducted in all 38 municipalities of Kosovo through face-to-face interviews with citizens. This study will be focused a) citizens’ satisfaction with public services delivery; b) satisfaction with the performance of mayors and the municipal assemblies; and, c) responsiveness of local authorities to the needs and requirements of citizens. The sampling size for this survey is 1,066 respondents and ensure the inclusion of a representative selection of respondents/citizens, and include various age groups, equal representation of women and men, majority and non-majority communities, including representative sample per municipality. Also, the project will include four focus groups, up to 15 participants.
