Women's decision-making in the public and private sector in Kosovo

The project's goal is to examine the role of women in decision-making positions in Kosovo's public and private sectors. Specifically, the study will identify the barriers to women's representation in decision-making positions, and it will make recommendations on how to overcome these barriers. This study employs a hybrid qualitative-quantitative methodology. The quantitative methodology included a survey of approximately 700 women in the public and private sectors, while the qualitative methodology included the organization of three focus groups with women in public and private sector decision-making positions. The final report will be used by public institutions to draft and design public policies.
