Riinvest Institute was contracted by AFC Consultants Gmbh to conduct a survey with five groups of respondents those being: university students (245), high school students (34), drop-outs (30), parents (32) and employers (30). Hence, the total number of respondents for the purposes of this survey was 371. A different questionnaire was used for each group. University students were chosen from three public universities, in Prishtina, Prizren and Peja, and from one private university which in this case is Riinvest College. For all the groups we tried to maintain the gender balance. Our surveyors went at the respective university facilities and chose the respondents randomly. This resulted in surveying students from different departments and programs. Similarly, high school students were chosen randomly from the public gymnasium in Prishtina, Prizren and Peja. Parents were also chosen from Prishtina, Prizren and Peja. Our surveyors found drop-out respondents through friends and relatives in different cities of Kosovo. Employers were chosen from 20 different sectors, however around 14 percent were in the wholesale and retail trade and another 14 percent in manufacturing, while other percentages are distributed to other sectors. After collecting all surveys, Riinvest Institute team inputted all the data in the statistical program SPSS. The SPSS then ran all the statistics and produced the frequency tables for each question of the five questionnaires. The frequency tables were used to interpret and analyze the questions. Besides analyzing the questions individually, cross tables between various questions were produced to see if any correlation exists. Interesting findings that emerged from cross –tabulations were interpreted. In the end, a conclusion of major finding were presented.
